To be eligible to use Visa Concierge Service, you need to make purchases with your Visa card within a month totaling at least UAH 10,000 for Visa Platinum, UAH 20,000 for Visa Signature, or UAH 30,000 for Visa Infinite.

The number of available services and applicable limits may vary depending on the issuing bank and the terms and conditions of your Visa card. For up-to-date information on the limits available to you, please contact the bank that issued your card.

You can make any request that does not violate legal or moral norms.

Some tasks may not be possible to complete due to reasons beyond the control of the concierge service. In these cases, you will be offered an alternative solution.
