Zero Liability Policy
With Visa’s Zero Liability Policy, you won’t be held responsible for unauthorized transactions made with your Visa card. You’re covered if your card is ever lost, stolen or fraudulently used.

This is a pay-per-use roadside assistance program; available 24x7; Roadside Dispatch will ask for your location, find out more about your problem and will remain on the phone with you while arranging a dispatch to a reliable tow operator or locksmith. Travel and Emergency Assistance Services
When you are traveling or working anywhere in the world, your covered Visa card gets you access to a multilingual call center 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to help get the assistance you need. As a covered cardholder, you, your spouse and dependent children under 22 years of age who are traveling with can call a dedicated toll-free number in the United States, or call collect when traveling abroad. Keep in mind this program provides assistance only. Cardholders are responsible for the cost of any services received. Services include:
- Medical Referral Assistance - provides medical referral, monitoring, and follow-up
- Emergency Transportation Assistance - arranges for transportation under medical supervision
- Emergency Message Service - can relay emergency messages for travelers and is available 24 hours a day
- Prescription Assistance and Valuable Document Delivery Arrangements - can accommodate unexpected prescription needs or transport critical documents (e.g. passport or travel visa), which may have been left at home or elsewhere
- Legal Referral Assistance - can arrange contact with English-speaking attorneys, U.S. embassies and consulates, bail-bond assistance and follow-up assistance
- Emergency Ticket Replacement - arranges for the replacement and delivery of new tickets, and assists with ticket reimbursement procedures

Purchase Security and Extended Protection
Purchase Security can replace, repair or reimburse you for an eligible item purchased with your covered card up to $10,000.00 per claim in the event your item is stolen or damaged. Extended Protection doubles the time period of the original manufacturer's written U.S. warranty up to 1 additional year on eligible warranties of 3 years or less. Travel Accident Insurance
Travel Accident Insurance gives provides $500,000 of accidental death and dismemberment coverage. Coverage is in effect on the common carrier (e.g., flight, rail, bus, ferry, cruise ship), as well as while on courtesy ground transportation to and from the airport (or train depot, bus, terminal, etc.) and between terminals, as well as when you are at the airport immediately before departure, or immediately after arrival, on any covered trip. Lost Luggage Reimbursement
Lost Luggage Reimbursement will reimburse you up to $3,000 If your checked luggage or carry on baggage is lost due to theft or misdirection by the common carrier (e.g., airline, rail, bus, ferry). For New York residents coverage is limited to $2,000 per bag. Certain terms, conditions and exclusions apply. Ride Share Protection
Now you and your traveling companion(s) are protected when traveling in a Rideshare vehicle, such as Uber© or Lyft©, when you pay for your fare with your covered Visa Infinite Business card. Benefits include coverage for the cost to replace or repair personal property that is lost, damaged or destroyed while on a covered trip as well as coverage for accidental death or dismemberment up to the coverage amount on the policy. Trip Delay Reimbursement
Trip Delay Reimbursement will reimburse you up to $500 for reasonable expenses you may incur when your trip is delayed by more than six hours or the delay requires an overnight stay. Trip Cancellation / Trip Interruption Reimbursement
When you purchase your travel ticket with a covered Visa Infinite Business card and you must cancel or interrupt your trip, this benefit can help reimburse for the non-refundable cost of your passenger fare. This coverage applies to more than air travel – it also can be in place when a covered Visa Infinite Business card is used to purchase a ticket for travel via other forms of eligible transportation, such as a ferry, rail, bus or cruise ship. With the Visa Lost/Stolen Card Reporting service, reporting a lost or stolen card is simple.
