As Visa continues to deliver the best digital experience for our premium cardholders, we are excited to announce some major changes:
From October 1, 2024, Visa is changing the provider of lounge services to DRAGONPASS.
Once these changes come into effect, previous memberships will not be transferred and will become invalid.
From October 1, 2024, the user path to access airport lounges will change to a digital membership. Customers will be offered the Visa Airport Companion app, which must be downloaded from the AppStore or Play Market or accessed using the Visa Concierge chatbot.
With its new partner DragonPass, Visa will continue to provide Visa premium cardholders with access to top-class airport lounges around the world.

You can visit any of the more than 1200 business lounges around the world with cards:
- Visa Platinum and Visa Platinum Business — 2 times a year
- Visa Signature and Visa Signature Business — 10 times a year
- Visa Infinite — unlimited.

The cost of each visit that does not meet the access requirements, as well as all guest visits, is USD 32 (the amount will be directly charged to your card account).

Starting from October 1, 2024, the service will be available to holders of the following cards:

How to find lounges participating in the program at the airport?
The list of airports participating in the program can be found in the Visa Airport Companion App, which must be downloaded from the App Store or Play Market, or in the Visa Concierge chatbot.
In the application, in the “Overview” section, you can view the available lounges by selecting the desired airport or country. There is also a link to the list of lounges on the main screen.
Can I bring my guests to the lounge? Do we need to travel together?
Yes, you can bring guests to the lounge. Your guests must be on the same flight. If you do not have free visits*, you can make an additional payment of USD 32 per person for each visit. The fee will be charged directly to your registered Visa card.
*Please contact your partner bank for information on any additional complimentary guest visits available with your card.
Why was I denied access to the lounge?
If the lounge is full, entry to it is not granted.Can I register with a Visa card issued in a country outside the Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa (CEMEA) region?
Card privileges may vary. You need to contact your issuing bank to confirm the validity of Visa cards issued outside the Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa (CEMEA) region.What are the benefits of QR access to lounges?
In the application, you can find information about your privileges in the “How it works” subsection in the “Membership” section or on the main page. Please note that privileges may vary between product holders, so the best way to get the most accurate information is to check with the app or chatbot.Will my LoungeKey / Priority Pass access be extended? As of October 1, 2024, your Priority Pass or LoungeKey memberships will no longer be valid. To access DragonPass lounges, you must be enrolled in the Visa Airport Companion program, downloaded from the App Store or Play Market.How can I view my access information after registration? How do I find out how many visits I have available?
Information about access and privileges can be found in the “Membership” section in the menu at the bottom of the screen or in the “Home page” section.
All the necessary information can be obtained by first installing the Visa Airport Companion App from the App Store or Play Market.
How to get to the lounges?
Show the QR code of your digital access to the lounge staff. If you are eligible for free visits, they will be automatically charged. If free access is not available, the linked Visa card will be charged USD 32. The QR code can be found by clicking on the “Membership” button on the main screen of the application or in the VisaConcierge chatbot.Can I use a physical card to enter the lounge?
Visa Airport Companion is a fully digital application. You will only be able to access the lounges by presenting your QR code from the VisaConcierge mobile app or chatbot.I’m having trouble with registration or logging into the app.

The time of stay is established by the rules of each hall. Mostly no more than 3-4 hours.How long can I use the free visits program?
